Terms & Conditions
These conditions govern all bookings via our website, by email or arranged by third parties.

You accept these conditions yourself and on behalf of all members of your party whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others.
Any booking made will only come into existence when payment has been made in full and/or your confirmation has been dispatched by us.
The number of persons, price, accommodation and other services provided by Att will be stated on the confirmation received after ordering. The confirmation will also include your reservation number, information regarding the check-in and our Terms & Conditions.
The name, email and telephone number for the booker and one lead guest per apartment is required at the time of booking.
Restrictions may apply ex. minimum night stay and age restrictions; you will be advised of these at the time of booking where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time.
As soon as your confirmation and receipt are received, please check the details carefully. If anything is not correct let us know immediately. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in the documentation. If there is an error in the confirmation or receipt, we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it and according to our amendment and cancellation policy.
For any special request noted on your reservation we will do our best to accommodate these, but as these are requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Payment is required either at the time of booking or latest 24 H prior to check-in, depending on the reservation made. If payment does not reach us at the required time, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any booking made.
We accept the following card types; Mastercard/Visa/American Express/Discover/Diners/JCB/UnionPay.
In case of any additional service is booked during your stay, this is paid in full when booking.
We only accept billing directly with companies where there is a signed agreement. There will be done a credit check ahead of the first reservation. Invoice transaction fees apply.
Any commission invoices due should be submitted to hello@attstays.com within 12 months of the departure date. Invoices not received within this time will be rejected.
Valid credit/debit card details must be supplied at the time of booking and/or latest 24H before check-in to cover “additional charges” (see clause 6). A written statement of the “additional charges” will be sent to you. In the event that payment under a debit/credit card is declined, we reserve the right to invoice the booker or guest directly for these charges.
When you make a reservation, the rate you see on your search results page at the time of booking is the rate we apply and confirm to you. Specific payment terms may apply depending upon the rate plan that you have booked. Rates are per apartment and per person, and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prior to the booking being confirmed rates quoted are based on the rates prevailing at the time but are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed we will not change the rate quoted unless you amend the booking or our cost of supplying the accommodation changes as a result of tax changes or currency fluctuations beyond our control.
To do any cancellations and amendments related to your booking, you will have to contact us in writing to reservations@attstays.com.
For reservations made through third party OTAs, you will have to contact the OTA directly for all amendments and cancellations, other terms may apply.
Companies with agreements might be subject to a different cancellation and amendment policy.
Changes
If you wish to change any details of your confirmed booking, we will do our best to make the change, which may result in an increase or decrease in rate depending on the date and length of stay.
All changes of date are subject to availability. Should any change be rejected, the original booking will be reinstated. Name changes or child age changes will not incur any charges or administration fee.
Once in house changes to the departure date which result in a reduction in the length of stay will be subject to rate change.
Extensions
If you wish to extend a stay please give us as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.
Where notice to extend a stay has been given, we reserve the right to take all additional payments and charges from any credit/debit card used to make the original booking, or an invoice for the extended period will be sent to your billing address and payment must be made by return.
Cancellations
Booking conditions relate to the payment and cancellation terms displayed when booking. These may differ between apartment type and rate booked. It is your responsibility to read these carefully.
Cancellations of stay on Flexible Rate
- Free cancellations until 16.00 the day prior to arrival.
- Failure to turn up without notification (no-show) will be charged 100%
Cancellations of stay on Long StayRate
- Free cancellation until 16.00 (local time) 7 days before arrival.
- Failure to turn up without notification (no-show) will be charged 100%
Cancellations of stay on Non Refundable Rate
- Reservation cannot be canceled.
- Failure to turn up without notification (no-show) will be charged 100%
Check-in: 16.00
Check-out: 12.00. Late check-outs must be booked prior to check-out time. We reserve the right to remove the belongings from the apartment if you or any member of your party fails to vacate. Att accepts no liability for any loss of or damage to these items. A charge of minimum 1-night extra night will apply.
Cleaning
We will not interfere with your space every day, we will as standard provide your apartment will be full cleaning on the 7th day of your stay, and weekly for the length of your stay. That includes change of bedlinen, towels, and supplies of tea, coffee, and toiletries.
Maintenance
Maintenance is carried out regularly. Occasionally we may need access to your room to carry out essential maintenance work. We will give 24 hours’ notice for these visits except in the event of an emergency when we require immediate access.
WiFi
Guest must not interfere, move or disconnect any equipment relating to the provision of the Internet access and must not use the connection for any illegal or immoral purpose (including but not limited to file sharing) and Att reserve the right to pass on any record to the authorities should Att be made aware of any such use. Att reserves the right to disconnect a guest at any time without notice if, in Att’s opinion they breach any of these terms and conditions.
All rooms are intended solely for lodging purposes. Any use of the rooms for commercial activities, including but not limited to photoshoots, content production, filming, or other business-related endeavors, is prohibited without prior written consent from Att.
To request permission for such activities, guests must contact Att in advance by emailing hello@attstays.com and provide information about the intended commercial use. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole discretion.
Unauthorized commercial use of hotel rooms may result in immediate termination of the accommodation agreement and potential legal action.
Guests are expected to comply with any regulations for use of the apartment. If any guest breaches any of these conditions or the regulations, we reserve the right to request a guest vacate their apartment immediately without refund. The number of people in an apartment must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any room or apartment. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
Nuisance
Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the apartment and their fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behavior towards a member of staff. Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes. An additional charge will be made if the Management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint.
Age Restrictions
In order to ensure the safety of our guest, booking will not be accepted from any guest under the age of 18. We require that there is at least one person aged 18 or over traveling with any child and be residing in the same apartment. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested during the stay and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to terminate the booking.
Visitors
Guests are responsible for their visitors. Non-residents will not be allowed access to the apartments after 23.00 and we operate a strict no party policy.
Damage
Guests are required to keep the apartment, furniture, fittings and effects in the same condition as on arrival. Inventories and condition reports can be provided at the start and end of the stay, if required, at an additional cost. You are required to notify us of any damage, loss or broken items or matters requiring general maintenance. Any damage to the apartment will be charged in full. If these are discovered after departure we will notify you or the booker within 7 days of departure with full details and where possible photographic evidence. We reserve the right to charge the card payment details provided and pre-authorized at the time of booking where you or a guest of your booking causes damage of any kind to the hotel or the apartment.
Cleanliness
We expect the apartments to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure. An additional charge will be made for extra cleaning or specialist cleaning to return the apartment to a fit state for occupation. Additional charges may include compensation for loss of revenue in addition to cleaning and repairs.
Lost items
All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 3 months after your departure date.
Storage
Where facilities are available and at the owner’s risk, storage of luggage may be provided
Insurance
We are not responsible for the theft and/or damage of your personal belongings during your stay in any apartment booked. Therefore, you are advised to ensure you have appropriate insurances in place. In addition, you are advised to ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and medical expenses.
Changes by us
We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking however occasionally bookings have to be changed or canceled or errors in information or other details corrected and we reserve the right to do so. If this does happen, we will contact you by phone or email where reasonably possible.
If a change has to be made to your booking we will offer you an alternative apartment of similar type and standard within the organization or another company within reasonable proximity for the same period.
If you do not wish to accept a change or any alternative apartment offered, you will be entitled to cancel your booking and receive full refund, unless this is the result of an event beyond our control.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your accommodation please us as soon as possible in writing by email: hello@attstays.com. If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve a problem during your stay, it is impossible to help.
Court of venue
If the dispute cannot be mutually resolved, all disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement, shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
Force Majeure
Events outside the control of the parties to this agreement – for example strikes, lockouts, fire, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – entitle the parties to cancel the agreement without liability for compensation.
Privacy
At various stages of your website and booking journey we may collect personal data and contact details. All information collected or properly obtained will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
