I have not completed the online check-in

Three days prior to your arrival, we send you an invitation to check-in for your stay online. Please check your email inbox. The invitation is sent from hello@attstays.com.

If you have booked your stay through a third party, such as Booking.com, Expedia or Agoda, the invitation is probably sent from them.

I have not received the online check-in invitation

If you haven't received the invitation, please click here to find your reservation using your booking reference.

I am unable to complete the online check-in process

Some online travel agents scramble your email address, preventing us from sending you the check-in invitation. Click here to register your email address, and we will send you the check-in invitation shortly.

Please check the Guest App. The current PIN code is displayed in the Help Center section.

I am visiting someone staying at the property

Please contact the person you are visiting directly so they can come down and let you in.
